Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — AI/ML Defense Company in Hyper-Growth. We are seeking an exceptional CTO to lead the technical vision and strategy of a company building mission-critical AI and software systems that shape the future of security, infrastructure, and enterprise decision-making. As CTO, you will architect platforms that combine cutting-edge research, massive-scale data systems, and secure deployment in demanding environments.

This role focuses on engineering breakthroughs, overseeing world-class engineers and researchers, guiding product development across AI/ML, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems, and ensuring technology is resilient, scalable, and trusted by governments, enterprises, and organizations worldwide.

• Define Technical Vision:
  Set the company’s technology strategy at the intersection of AI, defense, and enterprise platforms, ensuring both near-term impact and long-term innovation.
• Architect Next-Generation Systems:
  Oversee the design of secure, distributed, high-performance platforms for AI-driven decision-making, simulation, and automation.
• Lead World-Class Teams:
  Recruit, mentor, and inspire top engineers, researchers, and technical leaders across multiple disciplines.
• Advance AI & ML Integration:
  Drive applied AI research into production, including generative AI, computer vision, autonomy, and predictive modeling.
• Ensure Security & Trust:
  Build technology that meets the highest standards of cybersecurity, reliability, and compliance in high-stakes environments.
• Partner Across the Organization:
  Work closely with the CEO, product, and operations leaders to align technology investments with strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Represent Technology Externally:
  Serve as a thought leader in AI and advanced technology, representing the company to partners, governments, enterprises, and the broader tech community.

• Proven Leadership: 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, including success scaling technology organizations to global impact.
• Technical Depth:
  Background in distributed systems, AI/ML, or high-performance computing, with hands-on engineering experience earlier in your career.
• Strategic Vision:
  Ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and translate them into actionable, high-impact execution.
• Operational Excellence:
  Experience delivering secure, scalable, and mission-critical products in defense, government, or enterprise domains.
• Collaborative Influence:
  Track record of building partnerships across executive teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Inspiring Leadership:
  Ability to attract, grow, and retain top technical talent while fostering a culture of innovation, integrity, and urgency.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field;
  PhD a plus.
