- Job Title: Insight Analyst/ Insights Program Manager/Data Analyst/
- Duration: 11 months
- Pay Range: $49.21 - $58.05 hourly (note: pay rate may range from 82% - 100% based on location)
- Location: HYBRID - NYE - Onsite 2 days required
- Support Tickets 50% of the time with tickets that are technical in nature (approximately 20-40 tickets/week).
- Use Jira for ticketing and issue tracking; work with an Issue Tracking and Resolution system (Jira, etc.).
- Explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Utilize SQL and Python to diagnose why tools are failing and implement fixes (SQL and Python are must).
- Work with data visualization tools and manage related data tasks.
- Possess experience in customer service, advertising, and project management (a plus).
- Good SQL and Python; ability to diagnose tool failures and implement fixes.
- Experience with Jira for ticketing and data visualization; familiarity with an Issue Tracking and Resolution system.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in customer service, advertising, and project management is a plus.
