Job Summary:
SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is currently seeking an experienced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our ERP systems to streamline business processes and support data-driven decision-making.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ERP software to align with business needs and industry best practices.
- Maintain and monitor ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues and user inquiries.
- Implement upgrades and enhancements to improve system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other software solutions.
- Train end-users on ERP system functionality and best practices.
- Create and Maintain system documentation, including process workflows and user guides.
- Stay current with ERP software trends and technologies to make recommendations for system improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an ERP System Analyst, preferably with knowledge of popular ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
