We are building a platform to help businesses create better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices in Atlanta, New York, and London.

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents:
  Partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.
• Engage with customers:
  Interact with leaders across our customers’ organizations to discover requirements, demonstrate Sierra’s agent, address technical challenges, and develop agents to fit customer needs.
• Shape the product roadmap:
  Collaborate with engineering and product teams to scope and implement features essential to customer success.

• 5-7+ years of experience in product development of highly technical products.
• Past experience in Product Management or similar roles at or above Senior Product Manager level.
• Experience crafting messages for potential customers, including executives.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences, including AI developments.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.

• AI-related product development experience (especially with AI agents).
• Some coding experience with React, Type Script, and Go.
• MBA or equivalent business experience (opportunity to lean into broader business roles).
• Past roles that interface with end customers to influence software development.
