AboutThe Role
Agentio is scaling the next generation of creator partnerships. As the fifth member of the Creator Partnerships team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we identify, acquire, and grow creators across You Tube, Instagram, and beyond. You’ll report to the VP of Creator Strategy and collaborate closely with the CEO and Head of Brand Sales.
What you’ll do Creator Acquisition & Relationship Management- Own a large pipeline of brand‑safe, high‑performing creators, primarily across You Tube and Instagram, while identifying emerging talent on emerging platforms.
- Conduct thoughtful, high‑touch outreach that drives 25+ outbound creator meetings per week using personalization, data, and creative positioning.
- Build authentic relationships with creators and managers that extend beyond single campaigns, focusing on long‑term partnership potential and creator growth.
- Represent Agentio in external meetings, pitches, and events, clearly articulating our value proposition and disruptive vision for the creator economy.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline prospecting, personalize communication, analyze creator performance data, and automate CRM management.
- Help design and implement new AI workflows that improve outreach, follow‑ups, and deal tracking.
- Partner with GTM Operations to identify where intelligent automation can replace manual processes and free up time for high‑impact relationship work.
- Act as an internal AI advocate, sharing learnings and testing new tools to drive scale and efficiency.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Brand teams to translate creator insights into platform improvements and campaign recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Creator Experience team to ensure newly onboarded creators are set up for long‑term success.
- Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene—updating deals, tracking communication, and ensuring data accuracy for visibility across GTM leadership.
- Introduce process improvements that enhance forecasting, pipeline visibility, and conversion consistency.
- Analyze creator performance and campaign outcomes to refine acquisition strategies and prioritize high‑performing creator segments.
- Collaborate with the VP of Creator Strategy, Data, and Product teams to surface insights that improve targeting, conversion, and creator health.
- Share learnings and market feedback with leadership to inform broader GTM and marketplace strategy.
- 2–5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer management, or high‑volume sales—ideally within a fast‑paced startup or creator platform.
- Proven success exceeding aggressive acquisition or sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the You Tube and/or Instagram creator ecosystem, with an eye for talent across emerging platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, pitch, and close high‑value creators or creator‑managed relationships.
- Highly organized with experience using CRM systems and structured outreach workflows.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decision‑making.
- Willingness to travel for creator events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
