Responsibilities

- Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor Degree - Minimum Years Of Experience: 9 years
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates success in understanding business problems and managing client projects involving:
- Developing MDM technology-enabled solutions for large organizations, including design, automation, and orchestration of enterprise Master and Reference Data;
- Implementing MDM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Riversand, Stibo, Profisee, Attaccama, or Reltio;
- Architecting end-to-end MDM solutions, including integration patterns, workflows, policies, and reporting;
- Designing MDM systems and programs, including governance and policies;
- Utilizing MDM publication and consolidation capabilities, data stewardship, and data model harmonization;
- Working with data querying and processing technologies like SQL, Python/PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks;
- Interacting with data quality systems and data management workflows;
- Applying functional knowledge in master data domains such as customer, product, vendor, etc.;
- Relating MDM systems to industry use cases and building business cases for MDM investments;
- Defining MDM strategies and architecture roadmaps;
- Proficiency in data models and table structures of business applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP;
- Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders;
- Leadership in MDM development, including transformations and accelerators;
- Leading development and delivery of sales support and client training materials;
- Subject matter expertise in MDM architectures and tools;
- Team leadership, workload management, and mentoring capabilities.
