Managing Consultant - SAP S4 HANA PP​/QM

The successful candidate will be responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and integration of the SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) with a focus on Production Planning (PP) modules on the SAP S/4

HANA platform. This role ensures that system changes meet business requirements and maintain a high level of system reliability.

• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and create test plans and scenarios.

• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases for SAP SCM, particularly PP (Production Planning), covering discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing processes.

• Validate end-to-end supply chain processes, including MRP, production orders, BOM, routings, work centers, and capacity planning.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for SAP HANA PP module enhancements and new implementations.

• Ensure test traceability, documentation, and defect lifecycle management using test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager.

• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles and support end-users during testing phases.

• Validate interfaces between SAP and third-party systems (MES, WMS, etc.) related to the PP module.

• Identify quality issues, provide recommendations, and escalate risks proactively.

• Support go-live and post-go-live activities as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: 5+ years Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP QM, with at least 3 years focused on SCM PP in S/4
  
  HANA environments.

• SAP Process knowledge:
  Experience with SAP QM and SAP PP processes and workflows.

• Strong understanding of SAP PP processes: MRP, production order management, capacity planning, shop floor control, and BOM management.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, discrete or process manufacturing, and MRP logic.

• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA:
  Strong understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA and its application in client environments & with Artificial Intelligence models and their use in SAP implementation.

• Leadership skills:
  Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams.

• Familiarity with integration to other modules such as MM and SD.

• SAP
  
  Certifications:
  
  Holder of SAP certifications.

Experience in test automation (optional but a plus).

Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms:
Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies:
Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.
