Talent Acquisition Coordinator

TEKsystems is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work a HYBRID schedule for a client located in New York, NY.

Job Description

-Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a professional, timely, and informative experience

-Schedule and coordinate all interviews-including phone screens, virtual interviews, and multi-round onsite interview panels-across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups

-Greet and host candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience

-Support hiring managers and interview teams with timely communication, interview prep materials, and process updates

-Maintain a structured, well-documented flow of communication throughout each candidate's journey

-Draft offer letters and manage internal approval workflows

-Initiate and track background checks, partnering with external vendors to resolve any issues

-Manage all new hire orientation logistics, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating with IT, and confirming each new hire's Day 1 schedule

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Qualifications

- 2+ years of administration experience in recruiting or HR

- Exp using an ATS

- Experience supporting high volume recruiting environments

- Experience with Google suite

- Strong attention to detail and organization skills

- Bachelors preferred

Hours/Schedule

Monday
- Friday- 8am-5pm 4 days in office, 1 day remote



Pay

$25-26/hr. (based off experience)

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
