The Role

We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and support Zeta's rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across multiple roles. You will partner with the greater Talent Acquisition and Global People & Culture teams to enhance the candidate experience and support recruiting projects as needed.

This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.

What You'll Do

* Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

* Proactively source candidates using Linked In, job boards, and other creative channels

* Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit

* Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse

* Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed

* Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage

Experience & Profile

* 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting or staffing agency setting

* 1+ years of experience with an ATS;
Greenhouse experience is a plus

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Comfortable using Linked In and other sourcing tools

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience.
