About the Role

- Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, HRIS, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and other key People Partners to execute key new hire and onboarding processes (i.e. generating offer letters, securing technology, I-9 verifications)
- Support project management of Ogilvy's flagship Super Saturday recruiting event, leading planning, communications and day-of execution (i.e. travel and expenses, strategizing and preparing assessment materials, securing volunteers and providing day-of support)
- Lead program management for Ogilvy Residency and Summer Internship Programs in partnership with manager and team
- Manage day-to-day program operations for the Residency and Summer Internship
- Manage employee relations in partnership and with support from the team, helping to navigate performance conversations, coaching moments, and escalations for Residents and Interns
- Lead ongoing engagement touchpoints, including hosting Resident and Intern check-ins, monthly meetups and manager briefings
- Co-design and execute mentorship programming, collaborating with business leaders to integrate early talent into client teams
- Support placement processes for both programs, partnering with Resource Management to understand business needs, assess candidate strengths, and match talent to appropriate teams.
- Manage logistics of learning curriculums, in partnership with the People Experience and Learning & Development team, by identifying key areas for growth, ideating programming, identifying facilitators and overseeing scheduling and communications
