Proud Moments ABA is seeking a detail-oriented and clinically minded Clinical Authorizations Associate to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote role. If you have an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification and are someone who thrives on precision and collaboration, this is your opportunity to support families by ensuring seamless care authorization and compliance. In this pivotal role, you’ll review treatment plans and clinical documentation, liaise with BCBAs for essential case details, and engage directly with insurance payors — helping translate clinical care into approved services that make a real difference.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

Your Impact as a Clinical Authorizations Associate:

• Reviewing treatment plans and clinical documents for initial and ongoing authorizations

• Ensuring treatment plans reflect medical necessity and adhere to behavior analytic principles

• Submitting clinical documentation within required deadlines

• Tracking and reporting feedback from insurance payors

• Conducting clinical calls with insurance providers to support authorizations

As an ideal Clinical Authorizations Associate candidate, you bring to Proud Moments ABA:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment and behavior intervention plans (preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually
