Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver inpatient care to geriatric patients
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions in older adults

• Document patient care activities in accordance with facility protocols
• Participate in care planning and discharge processes

Additional Information

• Licensure required in one or more of the following states: CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA
• Prior experience in inpatient geriatrics preferred
• Board certification not required for this assignment
