FT RN – Assisted Living Facility Float

Located throughout Manhattan, NY, Nassau, NY, Brooklyn, NY, Queens, NY and Staten Island, NY

Salary: $120K - $125K;
Based on previous experience

Qualifications of the Field RN:

• Must have current New York RN license
• Must have Assisted Living Facility experience
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

Responsibilities :

• Administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Accurately and timely documenting all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, patient/family education, and outcomes.
• Comfort with working independently and taking direction from various team members, while also anticipating patient needs.
• Adhering to all safety and infection control policies, identifying opportunities to reduce errors, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Providing care for patients with a wide range of conditions and rapidly changing healthcare needs.
