Epic Analyst - Cupid Implementation

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an Epic Analyst - Cupid Implementation to support the design, build, and optimization of clinical systems within a large healthcare environment. This role focuses on implementing and enhancing Epic Cupid and related modules, collaborating with clinical and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and support Epic Cupid implementation and optimization activities

* Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements

* Design and build workflows, structured reporting, smart forms, and invasive cardiology functionality

* Collaborate with integration teams on interfaces, data flows, and registries

* Participate in testing, validation, go-live preparation, and post-implementation support

* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

* Assist with project planning, documentation, training, and process improvements
* Bachelor's degree required;
Master's or advanced clinical degree preferred

* Current Epic Cupid certification required; additional Epic certifications preferred

* 5+ years of experience with full Epic implementation cycles in large healthcare systems

* Clinical background or prior healthcare experience preferred

* Experience with invasive cardiology workflows and Cupid build

* Knowledge of structured reporting, smart forms, and clinical workflows

* Strong interface/integration and registry experience

* Radiant experience a plus

* Ability to work primarily remote, with limited on-site presence as needed
