• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field

• NYS licensure as LCSW

• Proficiency in computer literacy with generic office software

• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources

• Experience in providing advanced clinical supervision

• Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an ambulatory care setting
