• Full-time Monday - Friday schedule
• Valid New York State mental health license required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Advanced degree in mental health counseling or social work required
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+, immigrants, and AAPI preferred
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and create treatment plans using DSM-5
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy modalities
• Collaborate with primary care providers in integrated healthcare setting
• Electronic medical records experience and crisis intervention skills needed
