Summary:
We're looking for an Epic Analyst to support key revenue cycle functions with a focus on PB Claims and Remittance. The ideal candidate will hold Epic certification, have strong experience building payor plans, and be comfortable working across teams to support system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and daily operational needs.
In this role, you will gather and translate business requirements, support development and testing activities, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with project teams, operational partners, and other application groups. You may also assist with documentation, process improvements, training, and occasional project leadership.
* Relevant degree or combination of education and experience
* Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows;
Epic or healthcare revenue cycle background preferred
* Epic PB Claims/Remittance certification and experience building payor/plans strongly preferred
* Strong analytical and communication skills
