Allcare Physical Therapy in Brooklyn is hiring and training Physical Therapy Aides. The role provides hands‑on experience and mentorship for pre‑DPT students or college students seeking entry into professional DPT programs. The focus is on learning corrective exercise, communication, and clinical programming to enhance future success in DPT programs.

• Be cross‑trained on clinical programming and exercise prescription (mobility, stability, strength, power, plyometrics).
• Learn and apply advanced modalities such as deep‑tissue lasers and spinal decompression.
• Assist with patient appointment setting and administrative tasks using AI and Chat GPT tools.
• Communicate clearly with patients to explain exercise plans and track progress.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

• Strong “can‑do” attitude and self‑motivation.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Passion for helping people overcome pain and regain independence.
• Ability to handle long shifts on your feet with limited breaks.
• Flexibility with work and school hours; living in Brooklyn is preferred.
• Availability for current open shifts: 8:30 AM–7:15 PM on Mon/​Tue/​Thu; optional Sundays 8 AM–2 PM.
• Minimum 20–30 hours per week (1–2 shifts or spread across the week).

Flexible scheduling to accommodate school commitments. Current immediate openings are Mon/​Tue/​Thu 8:30 AM–7:15 PM and alternate Sundays 8 AM–2 PM.
