Achieve Nursing and Rehab in Liberty, NY is looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our awesome in-house rehab team!

Whether you're a seasoned SLP or just starting out on your CFY — we’d love to hear from you. We’re all about supporting our team and helping you grow in your career.

• $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires

• 4-day work week – more time for you!

• CFY? No problem – we offer great mentorship

• Per diem also available
  : $55 - $65/hr

• In-house therapy team –
  not contracted out

• Supportive, friendly team and leadership

• Career growth opportunities

• Evaluate residents for speech, language, swallowing, or cognitive needs

• Create and carry out personalized treatment plans

• Help residents improve their communication and swallowing abilities

• Work with families and caregivers to support each resident’s progress

• Use AAC (augmentative/alternative communication) tools when needed

• Collaborate with other medical professionals for testing (MBSS, FEES)

• Document everything accurately and on time

• Be part of a tight-knit, interdisciplinary team

• Help train care staff and restorative nursing team

• Keep residents safe, supported, and respected

• Master’s in Speech Language Pathology

• NY State license (or in process)

• CFY candidates welcome and encouraged!
