Pay or shift range: $70,000 USD to $80,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Overview:
The Program Coordinator (PC) oversees all programmatic, clinical, and operational aspects of the Bailey Holt House housing program. This encompasses care coordination for our residents, performing quality assurance tasks through record checks and data reports, providing direct services, and ensuring recreational activities are offered. The PC ensures resident records are following HOPWA and HASA supportive housing requirements.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
- Oversee all programmatic, clinical, and operational aspects of the Bailey Holt House housing program
Secondary:
- Provide documented supervision and guidance to Housing Case Managers (2) and Residential Aide Supervisor (1).
KPI's For the Role:
- Ensure that clinical files are maintained as per regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain method to gauge and improve resident satisfaction with meal component of the program.
Other functions that may be needed with this position include:
- Ensuring that the Program is contractually compliant and adheres to internal as well as HASA and HOPWA rules and regulations.
- Representing the programs during inter-disciplinary meetings, treatment planning meetings, and dedicated events.
- Monitoring residents’ viral suppression rates and making client specific referrals, as needed.
- Facilitating monthly community meetings and ensuring an active Resident Advisory Board.
- Reconciling petty cash fund and client and staff Metro Card's.
- Submitting internal activity forms and updating external portals (CAPS and the HASA Portal) for new client admissions, changes in income, and discharges.
- Meeting with residents on an as-needed basis and taking the lead in crisis de-escalation.
- Participating in the recruitment of qualified staff, including interviewing, and making recommendations for hire.
- Monitoring and aiding with the new-hire orientation processes to ensure consistency in training among all clinical providers.
- Enforcing the Residential Code of Conduct and/or House Rules.
- Reviewing monthly rent rolls and developing individual plans of action to address arrears.
- Supervising the clinical and operations team to ensure our coverage needs are met.
- Enthusiastically take part in advocacy and direct actions to end the twin crises of homelessness and HIV/AIDS.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field needed.
- LCSW strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing practices.
- Ability to supervise support staff in a harm-reduction, client-centric environment.
- Background working with people who have experienced homelessness.
- Comfortability with working in a multicultural environment, including with those who identify as part of the LGBTQI+ community.
- Experience providing direct supervision in a clinical/supportive service environment is a plus.
- Dependable and flexible.
- Able to keep a high level of client confidentiality.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills and strong people skills.
- Comfortability with treatment approaches that take place in the client’s home.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and written including the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exemplary time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to solve problems.
Working Conditions:
- The Program Coordinator position is one which requires the staff person to be present in the program site 100% of the time.
