• Assumes responsibilities of Rehab Services Manager in her/his absence.
• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical disabilities and injuries.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretching, and modalities.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
• Act as liaison with schools for clinical education programs.

• Active New York State Physical Therapy license.
• Masters degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team‑oriented environment.

• Compensation ranging $32-40 per hour based on experience.
