Job Summary
Join our dynamic Americas Global Banking Team in New York as an Associate Director, M & A Advisory, and take your career to the next level!
Key Responsibilities
* Support senior members in preparation of strategy papers / participate in strategy discussion to the extent relevant
* Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, M&A execution, capital markets activity and general corporate finance.
* Participate in the origination and execution of transactions including due diligence and drafting of documents;
* Lead drafting of marketing and transaction materials together with Directors/VPs;
* General industry/ country/ company research including benchmarking;
* Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank; and
* Day to day project management and execution support on live transactions
* Ensure internal policies and procedures laid out by the Bank are adhered to
* Follow the bank compliance procedures as required and maintain required confidentiality for M&A deals

Expected annual base pay range for the role is 168,000 USD to 210,000 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package.
