Time Equities Inc. is seeking an Investor Relations Associate who will be responsible for managing the full investor lifecycle - from onboarding to ongoing communications and reporting - while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and tight-knit internal coordination. The role is well-suited for a detail-oriented and organized individual interested in long-term professional development in private real estate investments and wealth management.

Investor Relations, Operations, Onboarding, & Offboarding

• Lead investor onboarding processes, including subscription documentation, KYC/AML compliance workflows, and investor portal setup

• Manage outbound transactions, including commissions, redemptions, liquidity events, and capital calls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Maintain precise investor records by coordinating closely with third-party fund administrators and custodians

• Management of the App Folio Investor Portal

Communications & Reporting

• Prepare and distribute investor correspondence, including quarterly distribution notices, bi-annual performance updates, and year-end tax reporting

• Respond promptly to investor inquiries and provide clear explanations of offering performance, structure, and future expectations

• Conduct proactive outreach to strengthen relationships with investors and financial advisors

Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams across acquisitions, asset management, legal, tax, and accounting to provide the highest value to investors

• Maintain organized internal data systems, ensure data quality, and coordinate with compliance teams to meet FINRA and SEC requirements

• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, communications, or related field (preferred)

• 2-3+ years of professional experience in finance, investor relations, private wealth advisory, or related real estate/investment fields

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Hub Spot CRM system

Ability to work in the TEI HQ office 5 days a week
