We are seeking a high-caliber Investment Banking Analyst to join our premier SaaS & Software coverage group. The Role

As a SaaS Analyst, you will be at the intersection of high-growth technology and complex M&A. You will move beyond simple financial modeling to become a true student of the "SaaS Economy," analyzing recurring revenue metrics, unit economics, and cloud-based business models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Execution:
  Support all aspects of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory for SaaS and enterprise software clients.
• Financial Engineering:
  Build complex three-statement models, DCFs, LBO analyses, and SaaS-specific metrics (CAC/LTV, Net Retention, Rule of 40).
• Strategic Content:
  Draft high-quality pitch decks, CIMs, and management presentations that tell a compelling story to investors and strategic acquirers.
• Deal Management:
  Take an active role in due diligence, data room management, and direct client interaction early in your tenure.

The Profile

• Experience:
  
  1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services (Big
  4), or a specialized Boutique.
• Technical Mastery:
  Exceptional Excel skills and a deep understanding of financial accounting.
• SaaS Fluency: A genuine interest in the software sector and an understanding of how cloud companies scale.
• Education: A stellar academic record from a top-tier university.
