Overview
Our client, a well-known alternative investment management company, is looking for a Tax Accounting and Compliance professional to join their team.
Base pay range$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Responsibilities- Review and coordination of partnership tax allocations
- Coordinating, preparing, and reviewing corporate tax provisions
- Preparing and submitting K-1s
- Analyzing tax compliance process for tax reporting purposes
- At least four years of experience in tax reporting for an asset management firm; partnership tax a plus
- Public/private tax background including work in the alternative investment space
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
