About The Company
Our client is a private credit investment firm with over $15 billion in AUM. The firm focuses on investments in private equity, special situations, and financing opportunities globally. The Accounting Director will be responsible for overseeing and handling a wide range of accounting and financial tasks for the GP entities of the firm.

• Prepare the quarterly reporting for multiple funds and co-investment vehicles
• Calculate the GP’s capital calls and distributions in coordination with the fund administrator and fund accounting team
• Prepare carry pools and calculations for various individuals
• Oversee and manage complex co-investment structures and loans at the GP level
• Review and approve journal entries and review results in the general ledger
• Perform quarterly financial statements and review postings for the investor portal
• Provide investment accounting for key members
• Coordinate with internal and external advisors on tax planning, compliance, and preparation of tax returns

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 10-15 years of accounting experience with a focus on GP accounting
• CPA and/or CFP preferred
• Proficient in accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial planning
• Proven track record of handling confidential information
