Job Description: R4 Capital Funding (“R4CF”) is seeking to hire a New York City-based Analyst to support its Fund Management team, who are responsible for the capital raising efforts of a nationwide affordable multifamily housing lending platform.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and reporting on quantitative and qualitative investment data, including fund performance and portfolio metrics
• Developing and maintaining recurring and ad hoc reports for internal and external distribution
• Circulating construction progress reports and capital calls to institutional investors
• Preparing quarterly bond and loan valuations
• Collaborating with Loan Servicing and Asset Management teams to improve data collection processes and reporting efficiency
• Other analytical and administrative duties as needed to support the R4CF team

The desired candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree with coursework or internship experience in finance, statistics, data analytics, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated proficiency and confidence working in the Microsoft suite
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, MRI, or similar platforms) is a plus
• Ease in working collaboratively with colleagues and within team settings

R4CF considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, qualifications, and experience. The salary range for the Analyst position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. In addition, all full-time employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus and to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K matching, in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
