• Audit & Assurance: BM&A delivers audit & assurance services to a broad range of clients, from start‑ups to international listed companies, in France and abroad.
• Financial Advisory: BM&A operates in France and internationally, with multidisciplinary teams supporting clients throughout the entire investment cycle (Transaction Services, Financial Valuation & Modelling, Restructuring & Underperformance).
• Operational Support & Consulting: BM&A mobilizes a team of 100 experts and operational specialists to deliver client projects and produce financial information.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
  Our multidisciplinary team provides customized and operational solutions, by assembling the right skills tailored to each situation.

We have offices in France (Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, Rennes, and Aix‑en‑Provence), London, and a newly established subsidiary in New York City.

The New York office is looking to expand its team specializing in Financial Advisory and Audit, which currently consists of four people, including two partners.

You will take part in an entrepreneurial project by contributing to the development of our recently established New York subsidiary. As part of an experienced team made up entirely of former Big Four professionals, you will have the opportunity to help expand our activities in the French‑American market (cross‑border transactions, audits of U.S. subsidiaries of French groups, operational support).

At BM&A, audit and Financial Due Diligence work in synergy, and most team members are involved in multiple areas of expertise, working cross‑functionally in balanced proportions.

As part of our team, you are expected to manage client service accounts and drive client engagement work streams. As a Manager you are expected to supervise and coach teams, and maintain top‑quality deliverables to meet client expectations.

• Lead fieldwork, manage performance and keep engagement leaders updated on audit engagements
• Consistently listen to and communicate with clients about engagement and service expectations; resolve technical and service issues quickly and thoroughly
• Complete audit processes and document higher‑risk areas to increase technical and business skills
• Constantly develop your understanding of current market trends and processes and share your knowledge to develop junior colleagues
• Train and supervise less experienced colleagues and provide consistent, regular feedback
• Promote a culture of trust and accountability
• Address and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise
• Represent BM&A at recruiting and professional networking events

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline, supported by 5 to 8 years’ work experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm or in a similar consulting practice or function
• CPA preferred or CPA in process preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future (no visa sponsorship available for this position)
• French language skills are a plus
• Experience leading the planning, execution and reporting on audits of financial statements applying US GAAP
• Analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
