As a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional you’ll inspire clients to make confident, informed decisions about their finances, building long‑term relationships. You’ll serve diverse tax needs with the support of an expert team and advanced training.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face and virtually (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare complete and accurate individual, trust, partnership and other tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support: tax notice services (all certification levels) and audit representation (Circular 230 associates).
• Mentor and support teammates.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience completing individual returns.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with virtual tools (video, phone, chat).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Completion of continuing education requirements and meeting all IRS and state prerequisites.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans.
