Junior Financial Operations Analyst

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

The Junior Financial Operations Analyst provides general accounting and financial analysis for the Operations and Divisional Control team. This position is cross‑functional and works in tandem with sales, design, planning, sourcing, production, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate accounting teams.

• Assist in sourcing meetings and price negotiations
• Review, compile, and reconcile product costing
• Maintain financial matrices (raw material pricing, purchasing records, expenses, etc.)
• Assist senior management in making accurate pricing and strategic business decisions
• Review invoices/expenses for accuracy and investigate any discrepancies
• Generate reports, including sales/shipping forecasts, inventory analysis, and production allocation
• Assist with operational oversight and issue resolution between production teams and manufacturing partners
• Travel and expense audit and approval

• Entry‑level to 3 years in operations, finance, and/or accounting
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills (including contact with executive and senior leadership as well as supply chain partners)
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving skills
• Strategic and proactive thinker
• Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and prioritization skills
• Team player with the ability to operate independently
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
• Simparel and/or PLM system knowledge is a plus
• 4‑year college degree required (Finance, accounting, and/or supply chain management preferred)
• Ability to protect confidential/proprietary information
