• Upsell available inventory for every show and serve as Upsell host on show night, maintaining constant communication with staff and clients to ensure guests receive highly personal service and the highest standards.

• Upsell available inventory to concert attendees
• Serve as a resource of information for concert attendees
• Observe Upsell Seating Areas to ensure guests are receiving highly personal service
• Maintain articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with the current audience
• Maintain exemplary and professional grooming standards
• Occasionally work Special Events scheduled throughout the venue
• Troubleshoot and assist with issues and elevate to management as needed

• Working knowledge of high-end seating procedures, guest relations, and problem solving
• Experience in selling to high-end, VIP clients
• Diplomacy, ability to handle multiple tasks, verbal and organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to diffuse possibly precarious situations with tact and diplomacy
• Flexible schedule

• Fast-paced, often loud and stressful environment
• Extended periods of standing and being on your feet
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs with proper lifting techniques

The expected compensation for this position is $16.50 USD - $20.00 USD hourly. Pay is based on factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
