Senior Account Coordinator

Responsibilities:

* Liaise with brands on joint promotion opportunities and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth, successful campaign execution.

* Support ad operations: launching, optimizing, QA, and troubleshooting creative assets and rich media.

* Administrative support including weekly updates and updating the project management system.

* Assist in managing track insertion orders, proposals, campaign scheduling, and inventory conflict resolution.

* Collect and QA'd ad tags and creative; monitored and reconciled campaign delivery across systems.

* Analyze performance, delivered client objectives, and communicated updates across departments.

Requirements:

* College graduate in marketing, communication, fashion or related field.

* 1-2 years of marketing and project management experience, preferably in the fashion industry focusing on digital media.

* Excellent communication skills and detail-minded.

* Ability to multitask and work under tight schedules and pressure.

* Basic understanding of social media advertising.

* Candidates with more experience would be considered as Associate Account Manager.

$55,000 - $60,000 a month

The expected annual base salary range for this role is between $55,000 to $60,000. The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, relevant skill set, location and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
