Job Description: CREA Interactivity is seeking enthusiastic and experienced instructors to guide children ages 4–12 through engaging, tech-driven adventures. Our programs blend immersive technology, active play, and STEAM-based learning to inspire curiosity, build teamwork, promote environmental awareness, and inspire the creative power of game design—all while keeping kids moving and having fun.

• Lead children through a 60-minute, action-packed experience in futuristic obstacle course zones that blend technology with traditional play and games.
• Support and oversee hands-on projects in our STEAM Discovery Lab alongside professional game designers, coders, and animators. Collaborate with the CREA team to guide children in exploring global environmental challenges while helping them apply their ideas to learn the fundamentals of game design.
• Help oversee a variety of programs, including drop-in adventures, after-school sessions, camps, and birthday parties.
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all participants.

• Strong background in teaching and a passion for working with young learners.
• Ability to confidently instruct hour-long physical activities with children, often multiple times a day.
• Comfortable working with a team of instructors leading activities in a STEAM Discovery Lab.
• Previous experience with elementary-aged children in one or more of the following areas:
• Movement and physical education
• Theater, dance, or performance-based learning
• STEAM education
• Camp counseling or youth programming

Location: Industry City, Brooklyn (36th Street at Third Avenue)

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation: Hourly wage: $18.00-$25.00, plus gratuity, opportunities for increased pay and advancement.
