Welcome to our Trauma/SCC Surgeon and SICU Director Opportunity!
We are excited to announce that our Level I trauma center is looking for a dedicated Trauma/SCC Surgeon and SICU Director to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care to trauma patients and are ready to take on a leadership role in our Critical Care Fellowship program, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based trauma care following established guidelines
- Lead the multi-disciplinary care team for trauma patients
- Establish and oversee a Critical Care Fellowship program
- Collaborate with the general surgery residency program
- Develop comprehensive care plans for vulnerable populations, including geriatric patients
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Trauma Surgery
- Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care preferred
- Experience in trauma care and critical care management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
