Job Description:

We're partnering with a globally recognised architecture and design studio to recruit a Senior Architect for their New York office. The practice is known for delivering complex, high-impact projects across aviation, rail, and large-scale transportation infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and design excellence.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced architect who will lead projects from concept through construction. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary design teams, while also mentoring junior staff and contributing to the broader studio culture. The role suits someone confident balancing design ambition with technical rigour and project delivery.

The requirements of the role are:

• Master's degree or accredited professional degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 10+ years professional experience
• Proven experience in aviation, rail, or transportation infrastructure projects
• Strong background delivering projects across all phases, including construction administration
• Experience managing teams and coordinating external consultants
• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit and Rhino (parametric design tools a plus)
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Experience working on large-scale projects within mid to large-sized teams
• Experience contributing to or delivering net-zero carbon projects preferred
• Portfolio and work samples required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
