About the FirmOur client provides comprehensive architecture and interior design services for select corporate and retail clients, with a growing focus on adaptive reuse and residential conversion projects.
The RoleThe firm is seeking a technically strong Project Architect to support the conversion of multiple commercial properties into residential apartments. This role requires advanced Revit and BIM expertise, including hands-on BIM coordination, to deliver high-quality construction documents for complex adaptive reuse projects.
You will collaborate closely with the project team to resolve technical challenges, coordinate models across disciplines, and ensure compliance with building codes and residential standards—all while maintaining design intent, schedules, and budgets.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage Revit-based BIM models for projects
Lead and support BIM coordination with consultants (MEP, structural, etc.)
Produce detailed construction documents and technical drawings
Resolve adaptive reuse and code compliance challenges
Coordinate across disciplines to ensure accurate, clash-free documentation
Support project delivery from design development through construction documentation
Maintain model accuracy, standards, and documentation quality
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
Strong experience with BIM modeling and coordination
Experience with adaptive reuse or residential conversion projects preferred
Solid understanding of building codes, residential standards, and technical detailing
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project team
$40-55 per hour
