Overview

We’re excited to be partnering with a New York-based design studio celebrated for its beautiful, high-end residential architecture and interiors. They take a hands-on approach to every stage of the design process, from architectural planning to interior details. Their growing portfolio includes stunning single-family homes across New York City and nearby areas, each thoughtfully integrating architecture and design.

My client is currently seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their expanding team of designers. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience in architecture or interior architecture, particularly within the high-end residential sector. This role requires a strong design sensibility, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to lead a team of junior designers while maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects from conception through completion; manage budgets, construction schedules, and oversee the entire design and build process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and coordinate with the creative director to realize the design vision.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; source innovative materials; drive the overall design direction of each project.
  • Perform regular site visits and coordinate closely with engineers, vendors, and contractors.
Qualifications
  • Over ten years of experience in architecture or interior architecture, particularly within the high-end residential sector.
  • Strong design sensibility; excellent project management capabilities; ability to lead a team of junior designers; ability to maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience sourcing innovative materials; confident in driving the overall design direction of projects.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
