Our office is part of the Underbite Dental Management Group, a unique, people-first dental support organization that owns, operates, and provides services to practices across New York City, Connecticut, and Maryland. We prioritize clinical excellence, advanced technology, and compassionate care to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Position Details:
- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Hourly Rate: $25-$27 per hour, based on experience
- Work Location: In-person - New York, NY

What We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is a patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. You'll be part of a team that values quality care, communication, and teamwork.
- Experience: Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- X-ray Certification: Required or in progress
- Digital Dentistry Skills:
- Proficient in digital X-rays
- Experience with iTero scanning and impressions
- Key Strengths:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to infection control protocols
- Team-player mindset and a positive attitude
- Provide 4-handed chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Prepare and educate patients for treatment
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control standards
- Capture digital X-rays and assist with scanning/impressions
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth clinical flow
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-op care
- Support overall team operations in a high-volume practice
