Location: NEW YORK
Compass Group - [Front Desk Agent / Concierge] As a Guest Experience Ambassador at Compass Group, you'll:
Greet employees and visitors, welcome clients with a smile and maintain eye contact through the entire interaction;
Work with office services team and execute all VIP guest movement;
Assist in making space reservations using an online tool and escorting guests throughout the office;
Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants and other points of interest.
