Under supervision, the Customer Service Associate handles all post order inquiries via telephone, email, or chat regarding merchandise purchased by customers. The goal of a Customer Service Associate is to attain customer satisfaction by responding in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responds to customer inquiries regarding the status of placed orders, billing, and shipping issues.
Handles all questions relating to RMA's, pricing issues, carrier claims, order modifications, and all other post order issues.
Gathers all necessary information for inquiries requiring further follow-up and coordinate with support associates as needed.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Well-versed on all current company policies and procedures.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong judgment with analytical problem-solving skills.
Team player within the Customer Service Department.
Works well under pressure.
