  • Support in-studio and on-location productions, ensuring sets run smoothly and stay on schedule
  • Liaise with hosts, producers, talent, crew, and vendors to ensure clear communication before and during production
  • Manage production calendars, booking studios, equipment, and crew as needed
  • Assist with pre-production planning, including research, asset tracking, and production prep
  • Be present on set to troubleshoot issues, anticipate needs, and provide real-time solutions
Who You Are:

  • Familiarity with studio environments, production equipment workflows, and set etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Willing and able to travel to support productions across the US
  • Based in the greater New York City area and available for regular on-site production or in-office work.
