Technical Content Writer – having minimum 1 – 6 yrs of field experience for our office in Andheri, Mumbai.

The ideal applicant will be an smart individual, someone who can work autonomously with a high degree of enthusiasm.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional, with experience of working with people.

Fluency in written and spoken English is a MUST.

• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Reviewing/Quality Editing reports sent by the Consultants, Analysts, Executives.
• Analyzing contextual, grammatical, and typographical errors and documenting them for clients.
• Preparing Guidelines for Training Materials, SOP, Quality Manual Working/Reviewing on SOPs, Audit Reports, Compliance Reports, etc developed by Compliance and Audit team.
• Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
• Identifying and resolving workflow and documentation issues.
• Making recommendations for improvement.
• Creating training materials and operating manuals.
• Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy.
• Collaborating with campaign managers, creative teams, and designers.
• Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.).
