We’re looking for a passionate storyteller and on‑camera content creator who lives and breathes social media, especially Tik Tok. You have a strong point of view on what authentic digital content means and a knack for translating trends into thumb‑stopping moments that feel true to our brand.

As Chillhouse’s Freelance Content Creator, you’ll ideate, shoot, and edit short‑form videos that bring the brand’s lifestyle and products to life in fun, culturally relevant ways.

• Develop and pitch 30–40 short‑form content ideas per month, tapping into Tik Tok trends, sounds, and moments.
• Produce 15–20 final video assets per month that are mobile‑shot, quick‑turn, and social‑first.
• Be the face of the brand in select videos, confident and natural on‑camera.
• Capture content at the Chillhouse flagship in NYC, events, or local brand moments.
• Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team to refine creative direction and voice.
• Edit content using Cap Cut and deliver polished, platform‑optimized assets.

• A deep passion for Tik Tok, internet culture, and social storytelling.
• You don’t just know what’s trending, you know why it’s trending and how to adapt it for brands.
• Comfortable both ideating and executing content at high speed, from brainstorm to post in a day.
• Strong editing skills in Cap Cut (required).
• Prior experience creating or growing short‑form video communities (bonus if for beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands).
• Based in New York City and available to shoot on‑site regularly.
