Summary of the Senior Designer roleWorking within the creative team to create design solutions for our full range of clients.
To research and visualise concepts, develop strategic consumer experiences and content creation and translate ideas internally to clients.
Some responsibilities of the Senior Designer role will include- Work with the wider studio team to deliver high quality creative solutions.
- Take a leading role in the delivery of projects ensuring brand consistency. Able to work with different departments to maintain a consistently high output.
- Interpret and develop client briefs alongside the CDs & Design Directors and Client Services team.
- Mentor and encourage more junior members of the team. Be a go-to for advice and guidance. Foster an open forum of creativity with the team.
- Support the Creative Directors and Creative Partners in the development and guardianship of the IMA Brand.
- Present creative concepts to Client Services and the Studio Team in a thoughtful and articulate manner.
