** What You'll Be Doing
*** Oversee and manage multiple construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
* Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
* Assign and motivate job superintendents and paving foremen for the various projects.  Have daily communication to monitor progress, schedule, costs and resources.  Suggest or recommend any potential cost savings measures
* Analyze project performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
** What Are We Looking For
*** BS in Engineering preferred.
* 5+ years in Construction Management.
* 5+ years experience working with NYSDOT preferred.
* Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
* Solid communications skills, both oral and written.
