Position: Full-Time, Live-Out Housekeeper/Cook
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-2:00pm, with flexibility required for occasional changes in days and times
Salary: $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible for the right candidate

Responsibilities
- Daily housekeeping and upkeep of the garden-level area of the home, including cleaning, organizing, and laundry as needed
- Preparing and cooking meals, with a strong emphasis on Indian cuisine; ability to follow family preferences and dietary needs
- Grocery shopping and light household errands as needed
- Dog care responsibilities, including feeding, walking, and general pet care
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, including meal prep and proper food storage
- Proactively identifying household needs and addressing them efficiently
- Communicating clearly with the family regarding schedules, supplies, and household priorities
The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and takes initiative. They are flexible with their schedule, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple household responsibilities. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and respect for privacy are essential. The family is seeking someone who is dependable and interested in a long-term role.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a housekeeper and/or private household cook
- Strong cooking skills, specifically with Indian cuisine
- Comfortable and experienced with dogs
- Ability to run light errands independently (must have car)
- Excellent references from previous private household positions
- Legal to work in the United States
- Flexible and adaptable schedule
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
