As a Caregiver within the Care for Business team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to care for children of multiple families in their area, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting intro calls with each family
• Caring for children in their homes, typically an 8-hour day
• Abiding by and following the schedule and rules set forth by parents
• Performing household duties relating to the care provided

To succeed in this role, the candidate must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have Monday through Friday availability (6am-8pm)
• Have a minimum of 2 years of in-home childcare experience, including infant experience
• Have a minimum of 3 professional childcare references, including infant experience
• Have reliable transportation to travel up to 25 miles to reach families’ homes
• Have Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain it)
• Be familiar with and able to use app-based products and electronic devices
• Be authorized to work in the United States

The candidate must be able to:

• Stand for prolonged periods and frequently bend
• Lift up to 50 lbs at one time
• Be exposed to sick children

The compensation range for this role is $20 to $22 hourly. The total compensation package includes annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, and paid holidays and time off.
