As a Product Director in Client Solutions, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
Job responsibilities
* Drive solutions adoption for the firm-wide Data & AI Platform, proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand platform adoption across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions.
* Build and manage a robust pipeline of internal clients, guiding them from initial engagement to successful onboarding and expansion.
* Develop and execute targeted strategies and campaigns to increase reach and usage, ensuring alignment with firmwide priorities and business needs.
* Lead client presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase the Platform value proposition and drive buy-in from key stakeholders.
* Recommend solutions to address business and functional needs, ensuring clear success criteria and measurable outcomes are established for each engagement.
* Track, analyze, and report on progress, value, pipeline health, and adoption metrics, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
* Build strong relationships with senior business and technology leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for Data & AI Platform capabilities.
* Collaborate with enablement and training teams to ensure clients are equipped for successful adoption and ongoing value realization.
* Gather and relay client feedback to product and engineering teams to inform the product roadmap.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 10+ years of experience in sales, client account management, customer success, or related fields
* Demonstrated success in developing and expanding AI, ML, or data-focused initiatives within large-scale enterprise software, cloud, or AI organizations.
* Track record of close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to successfully launch complex solutions.
* Strong executive communication and narrative skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior technical and business leaders.
* Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a results-oriented mindset.
* Demonstrated experience managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence in fast-paced environments.
* Advanced problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving business needs.
* Recognized thought leader within a related field
