Working alongside experienced analysts and business leaders, you'll gain hands-on exposure to real-world projects that drive efficiency, innovation, and growth. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to learn, while making a meaningful impact in a dynamic, evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

* Contribute to creating and maintaining business artifacts such as requirements documents, process maps, and user stories.

* Assist with analyzing data and preparing recommendations that highlight opportunities for improvement.

* Participate actively in project meetings-capturing notes, following up on action items, and ensuring progress is communicated clearly.

* Support testing and validation activities to confirm solutions meet business needs.

* Help prepare presentations, dashboards, and status updates to share insights and outcomes with stakeholders.

* Develop proficiency in industry-standard tools and methods (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BABOK, Excel) through hands-on experience.

Qualifications

* Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2026 or 2027 are eligible for this internship; open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master's students, or entry level candidates with up to two years of work experience.

* Candidates must be available to work 28 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from June 8 to August 13, 2026, at our New York City office. This internship is compensated at a rate of $18 per hour.

* Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

* A resume and cover letter are required; applications without a cover letter will not be considered. Please address your cover letter to "Hiring Team."

* Ideal candidates are either currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from an undergraduate or master's program.

* A passion for books is highly valued!

* 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related field (internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework welcome).

* Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and natural curiosity for how processes work.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging diverse teams and stakeholders.

* Proactive learner who thrives in collaborative environments and is motivated to take on new challenges.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
