At Greenboard, we're building the future of financial compliance. Greenboard provides financial firms with an all-in-one compliance platform, replacing the need to buy and manage 4+ separate SaaS tools.
As a customer success associate you'll play a key role in ensuring every client and reselling partner has a smooth and successful journey with us. You'll support onboarding, manage day-to-day client interactions, and partner with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in NYC.
What You'll Work On
- Own customer onboarding from kickoff through successful implementation
- Guide customers through account setup, training, and early adoption
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for customers and reselling partners
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
- Translate complex product and compliance concepts into clear, simple guidance
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues quickly
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback to influence product improvements
- Track onboarding progress, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Monitor churn risk indicators and proactively address issues
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and customer experience
- A high-energy, positive communicator who enjoys helping customers succeed
- Comfortable juggling multiple customers and priorities at once
- Proactive and action-oriented - you don't wait to be told what to do
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Curious and resourceful in fast-moving, early-stage environments
- Excited to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering
Required
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Account Management, or a related role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Sound judgment in prioritizing critical customer issues
- Willingness to take ownership in an early-stage startup environment
- Familiarity with SaaS tools (Jira, Notion, CRM platforms)
- Experience working with fintech, compliance, or financial operations products
- Exposure to onboarding, implementations, or post-sales workflows
- Startup experience or comfort operating with limited structure
- Salary range: $80,000-$120,000 + meaningful equity
- 401(k) with 5% company match
